We love good food, so we are particularly intentional when it comes to building our selection of gourmet foods. We know that there is at least a small part of every Pilgrim’s customer this is or desires to be a connoisseur of food and drink of the highest quality and flavor, prepared and presented in an artful and “craft” style. We taste, research, and hand-pick each food in our Gourmet section and continually seek to offer you unique flavors and specialty products to add that exceptional touch to any meal.
NORTHWEST LOCAL GOURMET
Gourmet often means made in small batches and hand crafted. The Northwest is home to a wealth of small producers that use the agricultural and wild harvest abundance to create high-quality, delicious foods that are unique to who we are and true to the whole, real food traditions. Our NW selection includes cured game and artisan meats, local fromage blanc, regional goat cheeses, pâtés crafted by a WBENC-certified woman-owned business, and even WSU Cougar Cheeses, when in season. And our Made Right Here items are produced as locally as you can get.
