Grown Right Here” throughout the store!

YOUR INDOOR “FARMERS MARKET”

A healthy diet often starts with fresh, healthy, whole foods and produce, so we strive to make our Produce Department a pretty special place. We source as much as we can directly from local and regional farmers, based on seasonality and consumer demand and work hard to invest in our agricultural community through maintaining these long-standing relationships. We even offer seasonal produce Grown Right Here behind the store in Pilgrim’s Farm.

CLEAN AND ORGANIC

Everything on the Produce Department shelves is cleanly grown, wild harvested, or pesticide free. In fact, more than 80% of our produce is Certified Organic, and we clearly label all our offerings so that you can make informed choices regarding your produce. We also put a lot of intention and effort in storing and presenting your produce in the cleanest and highest quality environment possible. In fact, in 2022, Pilgrim’s Produce was recognized with the prestigious “Retail Produce Manager Award” from the International Fresh Produce Association. This program honors retail managers who demonstrate strong commitment to “fresh produce, innovative merchandising, community service, and customer satisfaction.”

MORE THAN APPLES AND ORANGES

In addition to fresh, whole foods, we also make over 30 prepared food items in house (MRH). Our best seller is our handmade guacamole, but we also have fresh-pressed orange juice, pico de gallo, hand-packaged herbs, and much more. Make sure you grab a free piece of fruit from the kids basket for your family to enjoy while you shop our indoor “farmers market.”
